*Although she did recently post a video about how to pee in a onesie. So the definition of 'adult' is a bit flexible here . . .
I really wanted to read this book not only because I have watched Carrie for years, but I feel she has done things that not many people have.
I feel like Carrie has put a lot of effort into this book. I love how it is separated into acts like a musical and also drew little drawing here and there. She says that she is a 'Honourary Big Sister' and it really reflects in this book. She wrote this book to help teens through different things in life. She wrote about things like Bullying, Relationships and friends. I enjoy how she talks about not only funny and happy stories from her younger years, but not so happy ones that she has never told before.
At the end of Carrie's book , she is put a list of helplines for various different things but she is included the numbers for lots of different countries and I really liked that!
The dust jacket on this book is a fun yellow and I love the pictures of Carrie on the book.
The naked cover is my favourite! I love the hearts and starts in the purple and yellow. I also loved the description of the word 'hopeful' on the front.
Over all I really loved this book, but some parts near the end I found that they dragged on a bit and just didn't interest me as much as the rest of the book.
This book a easy read and I would recommend this book to anyone who's looking for something fun and light hearted to read.
